Staff members. We need more of them. Thankfully, a couple generous people have already auditioned and are now your lovely moderators (Tzigany, Freedom, Classy) but it's going to be hard maintaining a growing site with just three people. Therefore, you people are going to audition for me and you're going to LIKE IT.
So, the requirements for you being a part of my staff:
'Kay, you got all that? Onto the positions:
Global Moderator: This position means that you will be a major helper around the board. You'll help me manage the members and make sure that the rules are followed, along with approving character applications. You're going to have to make sure that all requirements are met before the person is able to play their character (enough information, grammar, spelling, etc). Basically, the Global Moderator is a co-admin, but not quite.
Positions available: 0/1 This position has already been filled! You can check back here later.
Moderator: Being a moderator means you are going to have less to do than the global moderator, but you still help out. Starting now (it wasn't like this before), moderators can approve other members' character applications and their own; as long as everything is correct! Moderators can move threads and lock them, but cannot sticky them.
Positions available: 2/3
Skin Designer/Coder: Someone who's good with designing/coding/skinning (because as mentioned before, I suck at it). You're going to be in charge of making this place look amazing--anything less and it's off with your head*. Before you apply, PLEASE give me some examples of boards you have done in the past; I'm going to be really picky about this, so don't get all pissy with me if I don't give you the spot.

So fill out the form below and PM it to me (Please delete everything in the parentheses - they're just there to explain what you will put in that spot). By you applying for any of these positions, it's going to make me automatically assume that you'll stay active to not only the RP but your staff duties as well. Don't prove me wrong; I hate being wrong. If this does happen though, you will lose your position and anyone may audition for that part. You cannot re-apply for that same position unless you give me a damn good reason why you need it.
*I'm kidding, don't go getting your panties in a bunch.

- Must having some role playing experience
- I want someone who's going to respect not only me but the members, but also enforce the rules when need be.
- Someone who is not going to pick favorites. I cannot tell you how many times I've seen this, and every single time it leads to someone leaving.
- Someone who can code... because I can't do it to save my life.
- It is not mandatory, but someone with moderator experience already is greatly appreciated. Again, it's not necessary, but it'd be nice.
- Do NOT JOIN JUST TO BE A STAFF MEMBER. That's ridiculous! Join because you like the site, and then we'll see where it goes from there!
