Caspuaris Willowtree

A hundred year old weeping willow tree stands bent over a stream. Wide leagues of land, laced by thick forests, stand untouched. Food is plentiful and a shallow pond creates a comfortable wading area, where groups of mares are often seen grazing or swimming. These lands cannot be claimed, but the mares in it can be. It is perfect herd lands anyway, so a traveling harem might rest here.
